I saw a clip recently of a after-dinner speech given by George W Bush where he invited a comedian to co-present a simultaneous parody. It was hysterical. I have found a copy of the video here (part 1) and here (part 2). Part 2 is probably more amusing if you can't watch both.
I assume that the President was trying to be funny and not give a serious talk ;-)
