A quick update on Rebecca's progress:
- Rebecca can move! Only backwards, admittedly, but definitely on the move. It is amusing to put her in a cot, and come to see her later, and find that she has flipped over, turned 90 degrees, and is at the other end of the cot! She is trying to move forwards, but appears to be under the impression that simulating a skydiver and waggling her legs will help her move forward - she'll work it out soon.

Rebecca can swim! Claire and I have taken Rebecca to the pool twice now, and she loves it. Just sitting there kicking her legs, and then spending minutes transfixed by the shimmering of the water. The look of shock on her face when she is splashed, is priceless - a look that can only be described as "what was that, and where on earth did it come from?" A really nice way to spend a Sunday morning - looking forward to next week. There will be no pictures of this, as the pool has a "no photos of kids" rule - even if they are your own!
